Dancehall artiste Agent Sasco and his wife Nicole McLaren-Campbell, have been recruited as brand ambassadors for the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries ‘Grow Smart, Eat Smart’ campaign.
This is after Agriculture and Fisheries Minister Pearnel Charles Jr. toured their 20-acre Mulberry Valley Estate eco and agri-tourism property in Friendship Gap, St. Mary, last Thursday (Jan 26).
Agent Sasco, who led the tour, explained that his vision for Mulberry Estate is to create a space where “people come to experience nature and agriculture in a different way”.
Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, Pearnel Charles Jr., who describes Agent Sasco and his wife as innovators, said, “the Mulberry Valley Estate is an embodiment of the Grow Smart, Eat Smart national campaign.” He also said that he looks forward to seeing Agent Sasco’s “vision coming to life and contributing to the agricultural sector.”
