Grammy weekend is officially here as music’s biggest night kicks off on February 1.
Lila Ike, who is expected to perform at the Grammy Opening Ceremony on Sunday, shared that she feels honoured to not only attend as a nominee but to also perform on the prestigious stage.
She is nominated in the Best Reggae Album category alongside Vybz Kartel, Mortimer, Keznamdi, and Jesse Royal.
Meanwhile, Keznamdi, in an interview with PIX11 News, he said he’s excited and humbled to be nominated. He also expressed that it is an honour to represent Jamaica on the world stage.
The 68th Annual Grammy Awards will be hosted by comedian Trevor Noah and will feature performances from Lady Gaga, Sabrina Carpenter, and others.
