The Jamaica Pork, Rum and Soca Festival is set to enhance food tourism in Jamaica come October.

The festival which will be offering a dynamic celebration of the island’s rich culinary and cultural heritage is scheduled to run from October 11-12, 2024, and will blend the best of Jamaican cuisine, rum, and soca music.

Day one of the festival is free, allowing attendees to order and pick up delicious meals while the main event on October 12 will elevate patron experience with a premium atmosphere featuring several DJs, live cooking sessions coupled with rum tasting and sampling.

Complementing the culinary delights will be a showcase of Jamaica’s renowned rum, including a rum hunt. The lively rhythms of soca music will provide the soundtrack to the festival, creating an atmosphere of celebration and cultural immersion.

Part proceeds of the event are in aid of The Glenlyon Foundation Charities.
