Barrington Levy enjoyed a big moment last night when he made a surprise appearance at the Brooklyn stop of Usher’s Past Present and Future (PPF) Tour at the Barclays Center.

Introduced on stage by Swizz Beatz, the Too Experienced hitmaker made his way to centre stage to the sounds of his 2000 collaboration Bad Boyz featuring then rapper Shyne.

Levy’s performance continued with renditions of his classic hits, Black Roses, Here I Come and Tell Them Already.

Meanwhile, Barrington Levy in an Instagram post expressed gratitude for the feature, tagging Swizz Beatz, Busta Rhymes, Platinum Records and others, writing in part, “last night was like the biggest movie ever”.

Barrington Levy is the second Jamaican artiste to make a surprise appearance on Usher’s PPF Tour. During the Canadian stop of the tour, dancehall artiste Masicka was brought on stage by Kardinal Offishall.

Following Masicka’s performance, Kardinal Offishall featured Jamaicans Chaka Demus and Pliers, playing their 1992 hit, Murder She Wrote, which received an exciting response from the audience.
