The police are probing a break-in at the HiLo Food Store in Fairview, Montego Bay, St. James.

The incident reportedly took place sometime between last night and this morning.

Several items were stolen from the establishment.

Irie FM News understands that the store has been closed today, due to the incident.

Images have been circulating on social media showing a large hole in the wall of the building, which appears to be the route used to commit the act.

Investigators are on the scene.
