“I hate all of you wicked people”, says music producer Kemar ‘Flava’ McGregor in his latest rant, outlining the injustices he has experienced in the music industry.

In a series of videos, pictures, and a Facebook live, the Florida-based Jamaican producer, in his latest post shared to the social media platform on Sunday, vented his frustration with industry players.

In the caption of a picture which shows him sitting on the floor surrounded by nine of his Billboard plaques, he wrote, “VP Records and 99 Percent Of Reggae Artists I Produced are hiding my achievements and discredited me of my works for over 17 Years.”

He continued, “This Is what My Country And Reggae Artists Do To Me. I Hate All Of You Wicked People. This is Why Jamaica Will Never Get Better”, followed by the wounded heart emoji.

In February this year, Kemar ‘Flava’ McGregor filed a lawsuit in a U.S. District Court in Florida against VP Records. This time for what he alleges is the company’s “blatant and purposeful” copyright infringement on seven songs, including tracks voiced by American singer Musiq Soulchild and Jamaican entertainers Beres Hammond, Gyptain, Jah Cure, Duane Stephenson, and Elephant Man.

Flava, who is reportedly representing himself in the action, is demanding a bench trial and over US$10 million in damages, profits, costs, and interest.

The lawsuit marks the third legal dispute between Kemar Flava McGregor and VP Records.

In 2021, Khago won a major lawsuit against ‘Flava’ McGregor, his former producer, and was awarded some U$800,000 in damages.
