The two men who were arrested on Monday in relation to protests over bad roads in St Thomas have been released from police custody without charge.
Omar Ryan and Andrew Turner were arrested by the St Thomas police on suspicion of criminal activity.
Their attorneys Bert Samuels and Stephen Jackson say both men were interviewed last evening and released.
The two accused men were expected to return to court today for the matter about their arrest to be mentioned.
Mr Jackson says with both men being freed there is no need to go to court.
Mr Jackson says he has advised his client not to be involved in any more protests as such action would prompt the police to arrest him again.
