Tommy Lee Sparta Lottery Scamming case postponed

The trial of popular entertainer Tommy Lee Sparta which involves Lottery Scamming has been postponed until October 13.

Tommy Lee is charged jointly with three others with possession of identity information and unlawful use of premises under the Law Reform Fraudulent Transaction Special Provisions Act.

The trial was scheduled to start in the home circuit court yesterday but had to be put off because no courtroom was available.

Allegations are that in February 2014, the police raided a house in the Kingston 5 area where lottery scamming paraphernalia was found.

The four were arrested and charged.
