Dancehall deejay Ninja Man was absent for a third day during his ongoing murder trial due to poor health.
Yesterday Supreme Court Judge, Martin Gayle after being informed of Ninja Man’s medical condition ruled that the trial must continue in his absence.
The veteran dancehall deejay complained of chest pains when he was brought to the Home Circuit Court last week Friday and was rushed to the hospital.
The trial is being held in Ninja Man’s absence since last week Friday.
So far two witnesses who allegedly implicated Ninja in the murder have testified and faced lengthy cross-examination.
Ninja Man and his son along with Dennis Clayton are on trial since October 17 for the murder of Ricardo Johnson also called Trooper.
