Well, the original Dongorgon is to return to court on December 23, where his attorney Norma Linton will apply for bail on behalf of the controversial dancehall deejay.

Meanwhile, Sting promoter Isaiah Laing refers to Ninja Man as Mr. Sting saying once he’s out on bail the veteran deejay will definitely be Sting 2k9. (CLIP)

Ninja Man’s lawyer Ms. Linton argued on Monday (14/12/09) in the corporate area criminal court that the evidence against Ninja Man is weak based on the testimony given by the witnesses.

Ninja Man along with his 20-year-old son and two others are charged with the murder of 20-year-old Ricardo Johnson, who was gunned down in a drive-by shooting on March 16.
