NINJA MAN'S SON CHARGED

Members of the major investigation task force, MIT, have charged Janile Ballentine, the son of veteran dancehall deejay "Ninja Man" with murder.Janile was charged last week following his capture in St. Ann. He is charged jointly with his father for the murder of 20-year-old Ricardo Johnson.A third man has also been charged with the Ballentines.The men are scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, May 7 to answer to charges of murder, conspiracy to murder and illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition.The cops began investigating Ninja Man and his son following the March 16 shooting death of a man along Marl Road in Olympic Gardens.Ninja Man turned himself in to the police, while his son and the other accused were captured during a police manhunt.
