The police are still searching for Mavado to execute a warrant they have prepared for his arrest.

Senior Superintendent Lynette Williams Martin said the singjay is still at large despite numerous calls.

The Anchovy Police called for Vado to turn himself in following an incident in Montego Bay on Friday night.

Reports are that the man parked his car on Belmont Road on Friday night when Mavado and an entourage allegedly drove up.

The artiste reportedly demanded that the man move his vehicle to allow them to pass and avoid a pothole.

However, the man refused.

Members of Mavado's entourage reportedly emerged from the vehicle and began attacking the man and his son with a machete.

The alleged attack was reported to the Anchovy Police and the injured man and his son were treated at hospital.
