Jah Cure was forced to disappoint fans in St. Vincent last weekend after the organizers of an event allegedly failed to meet their contractual obligations.

Jah Cure apologized to fans on his twitter.com page. The singer tweeted; “St Vincent, I’m sorry for everything that happened tonight due to the lack of organization on the part of the promoters who have been giving nothing but excuses! I look forward to returning to deliver great music in a show by a legitimate promoter sometime soon."

Jah Cure was the headlining act for the show dubbed ‘Irresistible Temptations’ held at the Victoria Park venue in the Caribbean island.

The singer is currently in Trinidad and Tobago.

The station officially went on air on August 1, 1990. Reggae in the morning, Reggae in the evening, Reggae in the night was the cry. Critics said it was impossible to sustain a 24-hour Reggae music station. In fact, so strong was the impact, it proved that this format was something the Jamaican public yearned for. The 'little station that could' got all media houses in Jamaica to stand up and take note.
