The “Hold Yuh” singer was questioned by police yesterday, in relation to a fatal shooting incident, at a recording studio in Kingston, last weekGyptian's attorney Peter Champangie says the entertainer is cooperating with the police.

Music News understands that Gyptain has not been detained or charged, as police only wanted to speak with him, because he was reportedly at the premises, at the time of the shooting. Gyptian was questioned about the September 12 killing of 27 year-old Davion Bailey, otherwise called Burru. CCN reports are that unknown assailants gunned down bailey at a recording studio on Dumbarton Avenue, Kingston 10.  Police say about 5:45 p.m., a group of men, armed with guns, entered the recording studio and opened fire hitting him multiple times.
