BUJU'S BAIL HEARING TOMMOROW

International reggae artists Buju Banton will head back to federal court tomorrow in Tampa at 11:00 am. Banton’s lawyers who filed a motion for bond in the entertainers favor will have continuing arguments along with the prosecution and a decision will be made for bail. As previously reported, a mistrial was declared in Buju Banton’s ongoing drug battle against the United States government after the jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict. Banton, who has been in custody since December 10 of last year, had his entertainment visa revoked upon his arrest.  However, If Buju Banton is granted bail he will then be turned over to immigration authorities where another bail hearing will take place.
