ANDREW TOSH GETS 200 HRS COMMUNITY SERVICE

Andrew Tosh is to begin his community service sometime next week.

The son of reggae legend Peter Tosh was sentenced to 200 hours of community service for possession of ganja and 200 hours for smoking ganja when he appeared in the St Catherine night court on Monday.

Andrew Tosh pleaded guilty to the offences.

The incident occurred on September 18 when the entertainer was seen by police along Boston Road with a ganja spliff. It was taken from him and when he was searched, a portion of ganja was also found in his pocket. He was subsequently charged.
