Singer Abijah heads to Japan for a two month tour right on the heels of the launch for his latest single and video Where Is That Love, a Comfitanya Production.

The launch, hosted by Ron Muschette and Olimatta Taal was held on Saturday at Comfitanya Lounge & Restaurant in Kingston to a jam packed audience.

Speakers Ebo Cooper and Clyde Mckenzie stressed the importance of supporting good Jamaican artists who deliver messages and healing to the people.

Abijah will depart for Japan this Saturday where he will perform alongside singer Tessanne Chin among others to support relief efforts, following the devastating earthquake and tsunami that hit the nation.

The station officially went on air on August 1, 1990. Reggae in the morning, Reggae in the evening, Reggae in the night was the cry. Critics said it was impossible to sustain a 24-hour Reggae music station. In fact, so strong was the impact, it proved that this format was something the Jamaican public yearned for. The 'little station that could' got all media houses in Jamaica to stand up and take note.
