Cyril Martin retains New Market division

The People's National Party has retained the New Market division in St. Elizabeth.
At the end of the magisterial recount in the Black River RM Court this afternoon, the PNP's candidate Cyril Martin won by two votes.
Mr. Martin got one more vote giving him a total of 1,086 votes to 1,084 votes cast for Earnest Hendricks of the Jamaica Labour Party.
Mr. Martin told Irie FM News he was pleased with the outcome.
