The St. Ann police have launched a man-hunt for gunmen, who were involved in a shooting and robbery incident, at a villa in Runaway Bay, last night (July 5).

One man was arrested in connection with the incident.

Reports from the St. Ann police are that about 9:30 p.m, a group of family members was having a reunion, when a gunmen approached the relatives and demanded money, cell phones, and jewellery.

Some of the family members resisted and during a tussle, Campbell was shot and killed.

About IRIE FM

The station officially went on air on August 1, 1990. Reggae in the morning, Reggae in the evening, Reggae in the night was the cry. Critics said it was impossible to sustain a 24-hour Reggae music station. In fact, so strong was the impact, it proved that this format was something the Jamaican public yearned for.
