by January 7th, 2017

Tourism interests are calling on the government to do what is necessary to tame the crime monster.

Only seven days into the New Year and at least fifteen murders have been recorded.

Some 1350 people were murdered last year.

President of the Jamaica Hotel and Tourist Association (JHTA), Omar Robinson says there has been too much talk about crime and it’s now time for solutions.

The JHTA president says the new police commissioner and the security minister should ensure that a solution is implemented, immediately.
