The presiding judge, in the Ninja Man murder trial, has ruled that the popular entertainer and his two co-accused have a case to answer.
The ruling was handed down in the Supreme Court, a short time ago, by Justice Martin Gayle.
Prosecutors have closed their case in the trial that is being held in camera.
Seven witnesses have been called by prosecutors, including three civilians.
Ninja man, whose given name is Desmond Ballentyne, son Janeil, and Dennis Clayton, are on trial for the 2009 murder of Ricardo Johnson.
