JFJ Calls for Robust Public Campaigns for NIDS System

by November 14th, 2017

The Jamaicans for Justice (JFJ) is insisting there needs to be a full engagement of the public regarding NIDS in a bid to address concerns expressed about the system.

Reacting to the passing to the bill in the senate late yesterday, JFJ Spokesperson Susan Goffe said the legislation should be looked at more closely as it goes through its final stages.

Ms Goffe adds that strong public education campaigns are a must to achieve more acceptance to the bill.
