Jamaica takes action with its relationship with United Kingdom

Foreign Affairs Minister Kamina Johnson Smith says Jamaica has been fully proactive at all relevant FORA to deal with fallouts under Brexit.

She says Jamaica has taken action with regards to its relationship with the United Kingdom.

Jamaica trades with the UK under the Cari-Forum European Union Economic Partnership Agreement.

She says Jamaica has also engaged with all EU partners on the respective agreements and arrangements which are in place.


She was speaking at a press conference at the Ministry’s headquarters in Kingston yesterday.
