Reggae singer/percussionist Denver Feluke Smith is grateful after a host of entertainers and industry professionals turned out on Sunday night in support of his fight against colon cancer.

Entertainers Freddie McGregor, Queen Ifrica, Agent Sasco, Tony Rebel, Kymani Marley, Voicemail, Duane Stephenson, Alaine and Minister Carlene Davis were among those who performed to the jam packed Carl Hendricks Auditorium at Jamaica College in Kingston.

Other performers of the night included Capleton who was called on stage by Shaggy as part of Agent Sasco’s set, and the man of the night Feluke himself.

Earlier this year Feluke who was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, underwent a successful 2 month treatment in Mexico and has since continued home treatment. With 4 months in the bag, Feluke is now eligible for surgery to remove the remaining tumor from his colon.

Feluke is in need of US$40,000 to cover his surgical operation, hospital fee, treatments and airfare.

The Healing A Denver Smith’s Charity concert raised a donation tally of $305,000. While a new GoFundMe account has been set up that has already raised US$3590.
