A building in Downtown Kingston which houses at least four commercial businesses was damaged extensively by a massive fire, this morning.
A huge plume of smoke was seen billowing from the building, located at 24 Beeston Street.
A large crowd of onlookers gathered at the scene, earlier this morning.
No one was injured in the blaze.
Superintendent In charge Of the Kingston and St Andrew Division of the Fire Brigade, Patrick Gooden, says the fire department received a call minutes after 8, this morning.
He says, one unit was dispatched, and fire was seen coming from four commercial businesses.
Assistance was sought, and three other fire units responded.
Superintendent Gooden says the fire has been contained, however the cause of the blaze has not yet been determined.
