Former st Georges College star Devon Williams and his Louisville FC team are today celebrating the club’s first Major championship title.
This after Louisville defeated Swope Park Rangers in the United States Soccer League (USL’s) Championship match last night at Louisville Slugger field.
The USL, a league that includes 30 teams from across the United States, represents American soccer’s second division, one notch below Major League Soccer.
Williams has represented Jamaica at the Under-20 national team level, making five appearances for his country.
He made his first and only international appearance with the senior national team, appearing in a 3-1 victory over Trinidad and Tobago.
