D’Angel who recently launched her “We can Survive – Stop the Violence Against Women” campaign has reached out to fellow dancehall entertainer Bridgez who got injured in a bizarre stabbing incident last Friday.

Bridgez was left with several stitches to her back and head after a man reportedly attacked her with a knife at a popular pan chicken spot on Red Hills Road in Kingston.

D’Angel says when she heard about the incident she felt compelled to reach out to Bridgez.

D’Angel through her “We can Survive – Stop the Violence Against Women” campaign will see her making several stops in schools and other establishments across the island.
