In less than 24 hours, Buju Banton is set to perform at the National Stadium in Kingston.
Many are eagerly awaiting what would be Buju’s first performance in Jamaica since his release after serving a 10-year prison sentence.
International entertainers Dj Khaled, Steflon Don, Hood Celebrity, and Safaree Samuels are already on the island for the Gargamel’s highly anticipated Long Walk To Freedom Tour.
Slated to take place at the National Stadium in Kingston tomorrow, Saturday, March 16, the Jamaican leg of Buju Banton’s Long Walk To Freedom Tour will feature the likes of Chronixx, Coco Tea, Agent Sasco, Romain Virgo, Delly Ranks, Ghost, Etana and Buju’s son Jahzeil.
Organizers are advising that tickets will not be available for purchase on the day of the event.
Meanwhile, a welcome party will be held later this evening at Mass Camp featuring Stone Love, Massive B, Richie Feelings, Jam Rock and others.
Following the Jamaican leg, Buju Banton’s Long Walk To Freedom Concert will see the Gargamel travelling to other Caribbean islands making stops in Barbados, Trinidad, the Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, Grenada, and St. Kitts.
